We run a structured, calm production kitchen and we're looking for a hands-on Team Leader to run our daytime prep team. This is a working leader role. You'll be on the tools alongside your team, setting the standard for quality, pace, and cool room readiness -- while making sure the evening and early morning crews have everything they need to hit the ground running. Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00/4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Your afternoons and evenings are yours. No nights.
