This role takes that same skillset and puts it into a calm, structured, high-volume kitchen.

No service rush. No front-of-house pressure. Just clean systems, clear standards, and food done properly.

The Role

This is hands-on food production - similar to sushi making in how it feels.

You'll work at your own station, following step-by-step systems, focusing on precision, presentation, and consistency.

Most ingredients are already prepared, so your focus is on assembly, accuracy, and speed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble salads, wraps, sandwiches, and platters with sushi-level consistency and presentation
• Work at your station using pre-prepared ingredients
• Follow our clear, structured systems - we train you properly
• Work with pace to meet production targets (without chaos)
• Keep your station clean, organised, and food-safe
• Rotate across stations as you build capability
