This is a hands-on, active role - not a desk job.

As our Part-Time Logistics & Dispatch Assistant, you'll support our Logistics Manager and Supervisor with preparing delivery runs, organising delivery bags, allocating orders to our delivery team, and helping ensure every delivery leaves on time. You'll also complete deliveries when required, using a trolley to transport delivery bags throughout the Sydney CBD.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and packing delivery bags for daily runs
• Organising and allocating orders to drivers and walkers
• Supporting the dispatch team to ensure deliveries leave on schedule
• Completing deliveries across the Sydney CBD when required
• Checking orders for accuracy and presentation before dispatch
• Helping solve day-to-day logistics issues to keep operations running smoothly

About You

This role would suit someone who:

• Enjoys being physically active and on their feet throughout the shift
• Can comfortably lift and move delivery bags weighing approximately 5-10kg
• Is available to work 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Works with urgency and manages their time well
• Is organised, reliable and has strong attention to detail
• Enjoys being part of a busy, team-focused environment
• Holds a driver's licence (advantageous but not essential)

• You prefer a slow-paced work environment
• You need constant direction to stay on task
• Early morning starts or physical work aren't your thing
