Feedwell is looking for reliable Packing Assistants to prepare and pack fresh food orders from our Sydney CBD kitchen.

A key part of the role is neatly cutting sandwiches and wraps, arranging them in catering boxes, and making sure every box looks clean, consistent and ready for the customer.

You'll also check labels, pack complete orders and compare every order against the customer order form before it leaves. Accuracy matters. The right person will notice small details and take pride in presentation.

Experience isn't essential. We care most about reliability, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Choose your shift

Full-time - 38.5 hours

Monday-Thursday: 3:00 am-11:30 am

Friday: 3:00 am-10:00 am

Permanent part-time - 20 hours

Option 1: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 am-10:00 am

Option 2: Tuesday-Friday, 6:00 am-11:00 am

What you'll do

• Cut sandwiches and wraps neatly and consistently
• Arrange and display them carefully in catering boxes
• Check that labels are correct
• Pack customer orders accurately
• Check each order against the customer order form
• Complete final checks so orders are 100% accurate before dispatch
• Keep your station clean, organised and food-safe
• Work at pace without sacrificing quality

Who this could suit

• Kitchen hand or food preparation assistant
• QSR, fast-food or takeaway team member who has packed and handed over orders
• Catering assistant, sandwich hand or food production worker
• Food packer, pick packer or warehouse packer
• Bakery, deli or supermarket fresh-food assistant

Experience helps, but training is provided.

You'll be a good fit if you:

• Have strong attention to detail

• Are comfortable standing throughout the shift

• Are reliable and punctual for early starts
