This role is for those with experience in busy kitchens, commercial food prep, catering, delis, or any high-volume food environment -- you don't need to be a chef, but you need to know how to move and keep pace

We're Feedwell, one of Sydney's busiest high-volume fresh food catering businesses. We deliver thousands of fresh sandwiches, wraps, and baguettes daily to workplaces like Google, Amazon, Canva, and Louis Vuitton -- and our early morning crew are the ones who make it happen.

What You'll Do

You'll spend your shift across two areas:

Production (roughly half your shift)

• Produce sandwiches, wraps, and baguettes at high-volume, following our recipe cards and standards
• Assemble them to look great -- consistent portions, clean presentation, every time

Packing and Quality Assurance (roughly half your shift)

• Cut, display, and pack finished product neatly into our catering boxes and packaging
• Check that every label is correct -- including dietary and allergen labels
• Perform the final quality check before orders go out the door

This is hands-on, fast-paced, precise work. You'll be following set procedures, and taking real ownership of the quality of what goes out.
