We're Feedwell, one of Sydney's fastest-growing fresh food catering businesses, delivering thousands of meals daily to workplaces like Google, Amazon, Canva, and Louis Vuitton. We're building our daytime prep team and hiring skilled Food Prep Cooks who take real pride in their work.

This is a skilled food prep role -- not a kitchen hand position. You'll be preparing every ingredient that goes into our salads, wraps, sandwiches, baguettes, and fruit salads for our evening and early morning crews. Strong knife skills, commercial kitchen experience, and the ability to work at volume and pace with consistent quality are essential.

The hours are a genuine advantage: 8:00 am to 4:00/4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Your afternoons and evenings are yours. No nights. No weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• High-volume knife work -- chopping, dicing, and slicing vegetables and proteins by hand to recipe spec (we use very few machines)
• Light cooking and roasting using commercial stoves and ovens
• Batch mixing and preparation 
• Accurate portioning and labelling of all prepped items
• Organising the cool room so PM and AM shifts can hit the ground running
• Following our step-by-step procedures and holding that standard every shift

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in high-volume vegetable prep and batch ingredient preparation
• Strong, confident knife skills -- fast and accurate for a full shift
• Commercial kitchen experience -- comfortable on stoves and in ovens (no chef qualification required)
• Attention to detail, a natural working pace, and a genuine respect for quality and consistency
• Reliable, punctual team players who want stability and a calm friendly kitchen to work in.
