About the Role

Feedwell is a corporate catering company supplying fresh food to some of Australia's biggest brands. We're rolling out new production software and need someone to transfer a large volume of product data into our system -- accurately and consistently, all day, every day, for four weeks straight.

This is not a light admin role. You will spend your entire working day collecting and inputting data. The work involves reading hundreds of food packaging labels in our commercial kitchen, photographing them, then returning to your dedicated workstation to manually enter that data into our online software and Google Sheets. The volume is high. The margin for error is zero.

What You'll Be Doing

• Walking through our commercial kitchen to locate and photograph food product labels
• Reading detailed nutritional, ingredient, and supplier information from packaging
• Manually entering large volumes of data into our custom production software and Google Sheets
• Cross-checking entries for accuracy across multiple data points
• Repeating this process consistently across a full 38-hour work week for four or more weeks

What We Need From You

We don't care what industry you've worked in. We don't care what your degree is in. What we care about is one thing: Can you demonstrate that you have spent extended periods -- days, weeks -- manually collecting and entering large volumes of data where accuracy was critical and mistakes had real consequences?

This could be from any background -- medical records, legal transcription, inventory management, research data, financial reconciliation, academic data collection -- it doesn't matter. What matters is that you can show us:

1. You have done high-volume manual data entry over sustained periods (not just a day here and there)
2. You worked in an environment where the stakes were high and errors were unacceptable
3. You maintained that accuracy consistently over weeks, not just in short bursts
4. You can work at a reasonable, steady pace without sacrificing quality
