Graduate - People, Recruitment & Talent Development

Sydney CBD | Full-Time Permanent | Competitive Salary | Learn Directly from the Head of People

Feedwell is one of Sydney's fastest-growing fresh-food companies, serving thousands of meals daily to clients like Google, TikTok, Canva and Louis Vuitton. Behind our fast growth is a culture of calm excellence -- built by great people and great systems.

We're now offering a rare opportunity for a sharp, driven postgraduate to join our People & Operations team -- working directly alongside our Head of People to learn the art and science of modern people operations, recruitment, and organisational development.

This role is more than HR administration -- it's an apprenticeship in how to build teams, culture, and capability inside a high-performing business.

What You'll Do

You'll work closely with the Head of People across a wide variety of projects and learn to:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job ads, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Conduct professional phone interviews with top talent -- confidently representing the business.
  • Write and communicate on behalf of senior leadership with clarity, warmth, and precision.
  • Build recruitment systems, scorecards, and process documentation.
  • Support people operations -- contracts, HR files, performance tracking, and communication templates.
  • Assist in developing and rolling out staff training, engagement, and recognition programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving operations, leadership, and continuous improvement.
  • Track and report hiring metrics, performance outcomes, and team development progress.

Who You Are

  • A postgraduate or recent graduate in Business, HR, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
  • A natural people person -- curious, emotionally intelligent, and trustworthy.
  • An exceptional communicator -- fluent, polished, and confident on the phone and in writing.
  • Meticulous with detail -- spelling, data, scheduling, and documentation matter to you.
  • Strong at time and project management -- you plan, prioritise, and deliver.
  • Organised, proactive, and hungry to learn -- you thrive on mastering new systems and understanding people.
  • Mature and professional -- comfortable representing the Head of People and speaking with candidates, managers, and partners.

What You'll Gain

You'll develop real-world mastery in:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - headhunting, screening, and selection.
  • HR Systems & People Operations - contracts, compliance, onboarding, performance tracking.
  • Culture & Engagement - recognition programs, feedback systems, leadership support.
  • Training & Development - helping design and roll out internal training and progression pathways.
  • Project & Systems Thinking - learning how to scale people processes across a growing company.

Working directly with a senior leader who has built multiple teams and systems, you'll gain insights that most graduates never get -- and a front-row seat in how a modern, values-driven business really operates.

  • Permanent position based in Sydney CBD
