We're now offering a rare opportunity for a sharp, driven postgraduate to join our People & Operations team -- working directly alongside our Head of People to learn the art and science of modern people operations, recruitment, and organisational development.
This role is more than HR administration -- it's an apprenticeship in how to build teams, culture, and capability inside a high-performing business.
What You'll Do
You'll work closely with the Head of People across a wide variety of projects and learn to:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job ads, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Conduct professional phone interviews with top talent -- confidently representing the business.
- Write and communicate on behalf of senior leadership with clarity, warmth, and precision.
- Build recruitment systems, scorecards, and process documentation.
- Support people operations -- contracts, HR files, performance tracking, and communication templates.
- Assist in developing and rolling out staff training, engagement, and recognition programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving operations, leadership, and continuous improvement.
- Track and report hiring metrics, performance outcomes, and team development progress.
Who You Are
- A postgraduate or recent graduate in Business, HR, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
- A natural people person -- curious, emotionally intelligent, and trustworthy.
- An exceptional communicator -- fluent, polished, and confident on the phone and in writing.
- Meticulous with detail -- spelling, data, scheduling, and documentation matter to you.
- Strong at time and project management -- you plan, prioritise, and deliver.
- Organised, proactive, and hungry to learn -- you thrive on mastering new systems and understanding people.
- Mature and professional -- comfortable representing the Head of People and speaking with candidates, managers, and partners.
