We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who can go beyond job boards and find the kind of Australian talent who fit perfectly, thrive in our culture, and help both the business -- and themselves grow.

This is a long-term, full-time remote role, but you won't be isolated. Feedwell already has a successful and growing Filipino team in customer service, accounting, administration, and recruitment coordination -- a team that's been part of the business for more than three years and gathers periodically for connection and collaboration.

You'll work directly with the Head of People & Culture, communicating frequently and partnering on recruitment and retention programs.

This is not a high-volume role filling dozens of seats each month. It's about quality over quantity -- finding the right people for the right seats and building a hiring system that keeps improving as we grow.

What You'll Do


  • Recruit high-calibre Australian candidates for specialist and mid-level roles across Operations, Sales, and Production
  • Build and manage creative sourcing strategies for mid- to hard-to-fill roles -- not just posting ads
  • Partner with the Head of People to refine our performance-based hiring model (inspired by Hire With Your Head)
  • Contribute to employee retention and engagement programs, helping us keep and develop great people
  • Ensure hires stay and succeed -- retention and cultural fit are how you'll measure success

Who You Are


  • You've successfully recruited Western-market talent -- ideally Australian
  • You're used to filling hard-to-fill roles where hires stayed 12+ months
  • At least 50% of your hires came from creative sourcing, not job boards
  • You communicate with clarity, warmth, and precision
  • You're naturally curious and love improving your skills and systems
