This is also a chance to step up from being a cook, sandwich hand, or kitchen hand into something more. You'll still be hands-on making food, but you'll also learn how to run a small team the professional way. We'll teach you, step by step, how to keep things moving smoothly running short huddles, checking quality, keeping pace, and helping your crew hit the mark.

What you'll do:

• Make fresh food each shift sandwiches, wraps, salads, baguettes etc
• Lead a small crew of 24 people right beside you on the bench
• Keep things moving at pace calm, steady, on time
• Check quality, hygiene, and make sure your area's clean and organised
• Use our step-by-step recipe cards and task boards to stay on track

For those who want to go further, our Feedwell Academy Certification Program gives you the chance to gain new skills and step into higher positions, if you are suitable and want it. With clear training and support, you can grow even further, from Team Leader into:

You'll have the support and training to make it happen all mapped out through our Academy.

Available Shifts:

• Afternoon: Mon to Fri 2:00 - 10:00 p.m. | 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. | Sun to Thu 2:00 - 10:00 p.m. | Sun to Thu 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
• Split shift: Mon to Thu (4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.), Fri (2:00 - 10:00 p.m.)
• 4-day week option: Sun to Wed 2:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
• Early morning: Mon to Fri 1:00 - 9:00 a.m.
• Food Packing Team Leaders (Morning): Mon to Fri 3:00 - 11:00 a.m.
