We're hiring for our new vibrant Feedwell café in the Sydney CBD, quickly building a strong reputation for our fresh, healthy food range, wellness bar, and quality coffee.

WHAT THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE

This isn't a tiny boutique café.

It's not a chaotic high-volume espresso bar either.

We have steady flow with defined peak runs -- and we need someone who can:

• Produce consistently great coffee
  
• Pour confident latte art as standard
  
• Stay composed and efficient during busy periods
  
• Engage customers naturally and professionally
  
• Step into front-of-house tasks when coffee slows (we operate as one team)

Coffee matters here -- but so does presence.
