In four years, we've become number one in our market, delivering thousands of fresh meals to workplaces including Google, Amazon, Canva and Louis Vuitton.Now we're looking for a capable, grounded person who wants to learn how a busy delivery operation really works and grow into running the shift.You don't need to arrive as an experienced logistics coordinator. We'll train you through a structured development program. What matters is that you're reliable, quick to learn, good with people and willing to start hands-on.<h2 style="margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;">What You'll Do</h2>You'll begin by learning the operation from the ground up:<ul><li>Learn our world class routing software and help allocate work to walkers and drivers</li><li>FInd office locations and deliver orders professionally</li><li>Monitor deliveries and respond when something is running late</li><li>Help complete walking deliveries across Sydney CBD</li><li>Give clear instructions and help the delivery team solve problems</li><li>Gradually take on more responsibility until you can coordinate the shift</li></ul>This isn't a desk-only job. You'll combine computer work, problem-solving, staff coordination and physical deliveries.<h2 style="margin-bottom: 4pt; margin-top: 18pt;">Who Will Thrive Here</h2>This role could suit someone from dispatch, warehousing, delivery operations, hospitality supervision, retail leadership or customer service who wants to build practical logistics skills.You'll likely do well if you:<ul><li>Turn up reliably and follow through</li><li>Learn systems and instructions quickly</li><li>Stay calm and think on your feet when plans change</li><li>Communicate clearly and treat everyone with respect</li><li>Take feedback well and improve from it</li><li>Enjoy organising people, priorities and moving parts</li><li>Are happy to do the hands-on work before leading others</li><li>Present professionally when entering corporate offices</li><li>Are comfortable using a computer and mobile apps</li><li>Are reasonably fit and happy to walk and move orders</li></ul>Previous logistics experience is useful, but it's not essential.
